New Anti-Coagulant for Atrial Fibrillation

Here is important new information for my nurses and nursing students: Anticoagulant dabigatran (Pradaxa) can now be considered as an alternative to warfarin (Coumadin) as treatment for patients suffering from atrial fibrillation.
